upBOARD’s Simple Project Management app is an easy way to create and manage multiple projects. Add unlimited project records with different timelines and data including:

  • Project Name
  • Project Description
  • Status (Red, Yellow, Green)
  • Priority Level
  • Due Date
  • Search Labels / Tags
  • File Attachments
  • Tasks
  • Sub-Tasks

Customize the “stages” of the project with unique names relevant to your team or organization. View a full summary of all projects and sort by project, owner, priority, status and more. Change views to see a full rollup of tasks across all projects or choose to view only the “blocked” tasks that need immediate attention. Team members can follow one or more projects and are notified when they are assigned projects or individual tasks. Make and track comments on individual projects and choose to be notified when new comments are posted or when any project changes occur.

Easily Manage and Track Your Simple Projects

Simply tap Add New Project Record to create a new project card and fill in the project name, description and any notes. You can also upload file attachments, enter tags for quick searching and sorting of your tasks, define the priority of each of these tasks, set the progress status (To Do, In Progress, Completed, Blocked) and the status (Green, Yellow, or Red), and specific due dates.

Move Project Records Around as Needed

Create as many project records as you need and organize them in any way you want. You can drag records across your columns based on how you have defined the specific steps of your process or categories.

Track Your Status Anytime

See a master summary of all of your Projects anytime, organized by priority, level of progress and status. Simply tap the name of any project record to open it for further detail.
